Customer Service Agent
Your responsibilities
- Listen and assess the needs expressed by customers who phone the call centre and respond to requests encompassing the full range of the customer experience (invoicing, remote monitoring procedures and events, technical questions and problems, and other issues)
- Follow up on requests sent to the various departments
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions in terms of products and services
- Complete required transactions in customer files
Our requirements
- Perfectly bilingual (French/English)
- Customer service experience
- Available during call centre hours of operation: Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 9 PM and on Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM
